SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are packaged with the upmost care and shipped via Australia Post unless alternative courier arrangements have been made with the customer.
SHIPPING RATES WITHIN AUSTRALIA
- FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100
- STANDARD Shipping is available for a Flat Rate of $13.00 for all orders.
- EXPRESS Shipping is available for a Flat Rate of $15.00 for all orders.
Free local pick-up is also available - Parkinson via appointment.
Flat rates in Australian Dollars, no minimum spend required, please check for any duty or taxes that you may incur as a result of purchase, Nichole Jade Boutique will not cover any duties or taxes.
New Zealand - Flat Rate $22.00 Up to 2kg
To Rest of the World - Flat Rate $40.00 Up to 2kg
We want you to get your order as quick as possible!
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm AEST will be shipped within 1-2 business days. If you need your parcel quicker please contact Nichole Jade Boutique to make alternate arrangements.
All orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be posted on a Monday.(Excluding Public Holidays)
- If the product is faulty - product will be exchanged or refunded in full;
- If the wrong product was sent in error - product will be exchanged or refunded in full;
- Items cannot be returned after 30 days from purchase;
- We would happily accept returns for wrong sizes but unfortunately not for just change of mind
- If you are exchanging a pair of shoes and we have the ones you are looking for we will gladly post the correct pair along with a pre-paid post bag inside for you to return the unwanted pair at no extra charge to you.
Any request for a return should be discussed with Nichole Jade Boutique prior to sending your items back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused. It must also be in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days.
